What Is ICEPA?
The Intellectual, Creative, Emotional & Physical Assessment
ICEPA is a comprehensive readiness evaluation designed to assess prospective parents across four core domains:

Intellectual Stability
Evaluating cognitive consistency, logic application, and long-term problem-solving capacity within complex environments.

Creative Adaptability
Assessment of improvisational skill and the ability to maintain systemic function under evolving family scenarios.

Emotional Regulation
Standardized measurement of affective control, stress thresholds, and interpersonal equilibrium in social units.

Physical Health
Verification of biometric resilience, genetic integrity, and general systemic durability for intergenerational health.
Results are final and confidential. Additional details about scoring are provided only as needed to maintain program integrity.
